It’s pretty similar to creating a house in sims 2.
#6 by Jayza185 on February 7, 2010 - 9:00 pm
Yeah that is the first thing i did. I opened the files, select a room template then it will say loading textures etc etc and then the room scene doesn’t show up. The only thing that is showing up is the toolbar up the top of the screen and the textures bar on the right. I also read on your website that, there was meant to be a quick tutorial when you first open the program, that hasn’t come up either. Is there an email adress for support, i can email with the action files?
#7 by developer3d on February 7, 2010 - 9:20 pm
The command explained in all the instruction materials is file open – choose one of the file templates.

I’ve just downloaded the free version, but the room scenes are not showing up. Every time i go to open a new room template it fails to appear. What is the support email for your website?

Did you get all the information you required we your product library questions. Can we be of any further assistance ?
#13 by windale333 on February 8, 2010 - 12:28 am
Would need the capacity to add real building products to library extensions, with the ability to integrate with 3D floorplans produced in-house.
#14 by developer3d on February 8, 2010 - 12:58 am
The software engine is effectively free it is what users can download and explore for free it is from library additions, extensions and customisation that we make our commercial business model. What do you want to add to library ?
#15 by windale333 on February 8, 2010 - 1:18 am
As a multiple user administrator, can the library of products and materials be customized.
